We are seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management system, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the network of stakeholders involved in the Management System.
- Administer and manage publications and tools related to the Management System.
- Promote the Management System to ensure comprehensive understanding and provide essential support to users and process managers.
- Assess the effectiveness and compliance with the governance of the Management System and certification policies.
- Develop presentations and compile reports in preparation for monthly and quarterly Quality Management Reviews.
- Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the organization.
- Serve as the primary liaison for quality standards within the entity.
- Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment initiatives.
- Conduct internal audits and develop action plans to address any issues or non-conformities identified during the audits.
