The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive remarketing, be digitally savvy, and passionate about precision and excellence.Role Responsibilities:Lead the demand management process across markets to optimize auction sales by aligning buyer demand with supply.Define criteria for evaluating and prioritizing auction requests to meet sales strategies.Maintain oversight of market demand, inventory, and auction capacity to boost transaction efficiency and buyer satisfaction.Implement governance to ensure transparency and alignment between demand and supply in auctions.Monitor auction performance, ensuring execution aligns with budgets and revenue goals.Develop standardized reports on buyer trends, supply, and auction results for informed decision-making.Manage technology initiatives aimed at enhancing the buyer experience and transaction success.Support local teams in managing supply-side integrations, ensuring compliance with governance standards.Act as a strategic liaison among supply teams, buyers, IT, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and alignment.Enhance stakeholder engagement to improve market visibility and auction outcomes.Key Skills and Competencies:Strategic thinking to analyze market trends and develop demand-driven strategies.Data analysis skills for demand forecasting and performance optimization.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Process development expertise for scalable demand management.Experience in project and program management for large initiatives.Understanding of auction platforms, pricing algorithms, and engagement tools.Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities.Knowledge of governance, reporting, and compliance standards.Required Experience:Experience in auction sales, e-commerce, or supply chain management preferred.Relevant experience in demand management, sales operations, or strategic planning.Proven success in demand strategy and sales performance improvement.Cross-functional collaboration experience with IT, sales, and supply teams.European market exposure and understanding of regional buyer behaviors is advantageous.#J-18808-Ljbffr
