As a Tender desk Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the proposal teams by organizing and overseeing the pre-qualification and proposal process. In this dynamic role, you will engage in a variety of potential international IT consulting, digital transformation, and business solutions engagements. To help our company secure the next strategic project, a thorough qualification and proposal submission process is essential. In this role, youll shape our companys story from the beginningusing standard proposals and formal responses, as well as showcasing our innovation, digital expertise, and sustainability initiatives to potential clients.

Responsibilities:

• Meticulously prepare proposals and qualification documents to ensure timely and accurate submission.
• Develop and maintain Request for Information (RFI) documents and standardize proposal templates.
• Maintain repository of previously submitted tenders and make them available for re-use in future tenders. Facilitate the collection of certificates, track records, and other documentation needed to fulfill proposal requirements.
• Manage communications with potential customers over tendering/procurement platforms, Submit Questions and share Answers (received from Customers) with bid teams.
• Collaborate with teams across departments to gather and validate critical information for each proposal.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the pre-qualification (PQ) workflow, often involving data gathering from internal resources.
• Act as coordinator for complex Request for Proposals (RFPs) that require multidisciplinary input from solution, commercial, legal and sales teams to ensure a standout submission.

Youll be part of a cohesive Sales Presales team of experienced professionals who support proposals across various sectors, including IT consulting, digital services, and business solutions.

As a central link within our proposal environment, your contributions will be essential to winning new contracts. You will work closely with the bid team, providing cross-functional support to keep everyone aligned on objectives, process standards, and deadlines. Collaboration and continuous improvement are core values, and your proactive ideas will be valued as we refine our approach to winning high-impact projects.

Youre a team player who takes ownership and remains organized, even when handling multiple proposals.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in pre-qualifications or proposal support.
• Industry experience is secondary to your ability to adapt and learn quickly in a tech-oriented environment.
• Languages: Native/fluent proficiency in Dutch and English is mandatory.
