This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to oversee the full cycle of planning and supply chain processes.The Demand Planner will coordinate with sales and commercial teams, leading monthly dialogues for their respective customers and products. They will also collaborate with Operations to ensure service level goals are met.Main Activities and Responsibilities:Review and maintain demand forecasts across multiple time horizons.Reconcile variances and discuss assumptions during sales and marketing meetings.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure accurate and current demand forecasts.Utilize and maintain planning tools: Anaplan, Excel, Power BI, SAP.Coordinate with Initiatives and Marketing for promotional and new product launch forecasts, and participate in S&OP meetings.Monitor KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend actions for performance improvement.Prepare strategic and ad hoc analyses.Requirements:Masters Degree required3-4 years of experience in a similar roleStrong skills in Microsoft Office, especially ExcelAnalytical, organizational, decision-making, and presentation skillsExperience with Power BI, Anaplan, and SAP is a plusSkills and Abilities:Strong analytical skills with understanding of financial and operational impactsAbility to handle high-volume data, manual tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlinesTrustworthy with confidential information and professional attitudeExcellent interpersonal skills and a team player#J-18808-Ljbffr
