Responsibilities:
1.Sales Support
- Sales Operation - Support sales team in different operation including but not limited to sales report management, sales fulfillment, target achievement report, etc
- Process Management - Setup and enhance workflow and process to ensure the operation is comply with different company policy
- Business Analysis and Reporting - Assist the team in preparing different management report. Working closely with general team to feedback any area for improvement, especially from local operation perspective
2. AdminFinance Support
- Work with Finance team to Support daily billing invoicing management
- Perform daily Account Receivable collection control
- Support external audit issue
- Analyze monthly operation data to provide financial business performance analysis
- Follow up on finance intelligence development progress
- Other ac-hoc financeAdmin-related issue
Requirements:
- Bachelors/Masters Degree or University Degree (or above) in Data Science, Finance, Accounting or similar majors;
- Minimum 2 years Relevant experience (Including previous internship);
- Good analytical and communication skills; Experience in business analysis and reporting function is definitely an advantage;
- Passion to make a difference, self-motivated, detail minded and high accuracy standards;
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and French.
