Job Description
We are seeking experienced Senior Account Managers to lead key account strategies, drive project success, and cultivate long-term partnerships in the telecommunications sector. This role focuses on direct engagement with key decision-makers and requires strategic vision, strong project leadership, and deep market insight.
Education Experience:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent; engineering or science background strongly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in the Telecommunications industry, ideally in direct sales to operators or telecom infrastructure.
Technical Professional Skills:
- Solid understanding of telecommunications solutions, services, and sales cycles.
- Proven success in project operations, contract negotiation, and transaction management.
- Skilled in sales process execution, project delivery, and operational performance.
- Able to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage relationships with key decision-makers (KR) and operational representatives (OR); develop customer relationship plans to enhance market presence.
- Lead or support as PD/core member on key projects, driving project operations and winning high-value contracts.
- Analyze customer strategies to uncover strategic collaboration opportunities and implement actionable strategic plans.
- Identify customer pain points in business, network, and service areas; influence requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations, design transaction models, and manage project operations, including dispute resolution and risk management in complex cases.
