ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the day-to-day management and orchestration of assigned Key Accounts, co-creation, development, and driving the implementation of customers'' business plans. Achieve customer revenue targets and serve as the dedicated focal point within CooperVision for the Key Accounts business.Drive sales growth by managing business strategy within the designated Key Account base, meeting and exceeding all operational, sales, and performance objectives.ScopeDevelop relationships with designated Key Accounts and manage sales in the relevant revenue region. Interact internally with customer business teams and key stakeholders across marketing, analytics, customer services, and European marketing functions. Maintain external accountability for designated key accounts and increase CooperVision''s share of wallet within Italian Key Accounts. Coordinate and implement international agreements at the local Italian level.Key Skills and CompetenciesAbility to build, lead, and coordinate cross-functional teams to provide value-adding solutions.Develop customer annual business plans aligned with revenue growth and commercial strategies, understanding customer needs, KPIs, financial models, ROI, and profitability.Manage category growth through key drivers and gain acceptance of plans from decision-makers and stakeholders.Prepare and evaluate portfolio-specific programs to maximize revenue.Monitor and control account development spend within budget.Manage forecasts and business planning using S&OP practices, supported by data insights.Maintain professional relationships with customers, developing extensive contact strategies across various functions.Customer Planning and ManagementMaintain a strategic focus, utilizing insights and business selling skills to identify and maximize opportunities.Business & Financial AcumenUnderstand ROI, forecasting, and financial evaluation tools.Align with corporate vision and strategy.Insights into ActionInterpret and use financial and market data to influence decisions.Partnership SellingBuild strong partnerships, influence, and adapt behavior in complex environments.Negotiation and Category LeadershipThink creatively, negotiate effectively, and lead category initiatives focused on quality and service excellence.Other RequirementsHigh proficiency in written and spoken English (C1-C2 level).Energetic self-starter with a passion for making a difference.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in B2B environments, preferably in consumer health or optician sectors.Experience in strategic customer penetration.EducationPreferably degree-level education in Economics, Business, or equivalent.
