We are looking for a motivated Front Office ShiftLeader to join our pre-opening team.The role will report to theFront Office Manager.Conveniently located adjacent to Rome TerminiStation and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room HyattRegency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offeringpremium business services and one of Italys most dazzling leisurerooftop experiences.The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food &beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.Keyresponsibilities:Actively engage in Front Office operations,representing senior management and identifying potentialopportunities for improvementEnsure your Front Office Team deliversa great service, professional attention and personal recognitionMaintain effective communication within the department and escalateissues to the Front Office Manager when necessaryShare daily tasks,communications and procedures identified with the Front OfficeManager to the Front Office Team.Collaborate with other departmentsto ensure seamless hotel operations.Ensure compliance withsecurity, safety and cash handling procedures.Respond appropriatelyto guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships todrive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction Conduct routineinspections of the front office and public areas and take immediateactions to correct any deficiencies Address guest feedbackefficiently and professionallyManage VIP guest interactions andsupport the Front Office Manager during peak occupancyperiodsAssign rooms according to guest request and preferenceswhenever possible.Oversee accounting instructions, credit policiesand expenses in alignment with revenue targetsCheck billinginstructions and guest credit for compliance with hotel creditpolicy and ensure all transactions are handled in a secure mannerPerform other duties as assigned.
