The role
As a Sales Representative specializing in Data Spaces, you will empower organizations to securely share and monetize data while maintaining control and compliance. Your role is to identify opportunities where data spaces can drive value, from industry-wide collaborations to AI-powered insights. Youll engage with clients within the ecosystem of European Institutions, helping them unlock the potential of interconnected data ecosystems.
Staying ahead of trends in data governance, federated AI, and industry-specific data space initiatives (e.g. GAIA-X) will be crucial. Youll also represent the company at events, positioning yourself as a thought leader in the evolving data economy. Internally, youll provide market feedback to refine offerings and enhance go-to-market strategies. Ultimately, your expertise will help businesses harness the power of data spaces to fuel innovation and collaboration
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Act as the go-to expert for existing and potential customers, presenting innovative digital solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships through effective listening, empathy, and a genuine interest in understanding customer goals.
- Expertise in Offerings: Working side by side with the Portfolio stakeholders in identifying and driving sales.
Essential Skills
- Educational Background: You hold a masters degree in Business, Economics or Information Technology.
- Language Proficiency: You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- Relevant Experience: You bring 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the field of Data, AI and Data Spaces.
- Market Experience: You have a strong background and broad network in European Institutions.
- Communication Skills: You possess strong communication, listening, and presentation abilities.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: You demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit and excel in building trust and fostering collaboration with clients.
- Value Proposition Articulation: You can translate our solutions into compelling value propositions that address customer needs.
- Team Player & Self-Starter: You are a collaborative team player who can also work independently to meet targets, engaging effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven Track Record: You have a history of securing deals and possess an extensive network of contacts within the digital community.
