The Role

As an

Account Executive , youll take ownership of the full sales cycle-driving both outbound and inbound motion. This role is perfect for someone whos closed without the safety net of a big brand and thrives in early-stage environments where hustle meets high-performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and close 20+ opportunities per quarterExecute self-generated outbound campaigns while working qualified inbound leadsOwn the end-to-end sales cycle (using MEDDIC is a plus)Run discovery, tailor demos with pre-sales engineers, and deliver clear ROI to senior stakeholdersSell directly to line-of-business leaders, not just technical teamsCollaborate with BDRs, marketing, and post-sales to drive smooth onboarding and expansionRefine the sales process and help shape the playbook for scaling across EMEA

What Does Success Look Like?

You

consistently exceed your sales quota , build pipeline, and close new business in fast-paced sales cycles. You influence the direction of GTM strategy, acting as a key player in the companys revenue growth and sales culture.

Who Were Looking For:

3+ years of closing experience in SaaS (will consider 18+ months if strong)Proven ability to self-generate pipeline and sell without the leverage of a known brand or MEDDIC alumni networkExperience using ICCE methodology; MEDDIC a strong bonusHigh drive, resilience, and adaptability in a startup sales environmentMust have sold directly to line-of-business decision-makersComfortable managing fast-paced sales cycles with multiple stakeholdersBonus - Familiarity with fintech, financial services, or VCs
