We are looking for individualsto join us in building the Supply Chain Tech of the future. Therole Cargoful is growing rapidly, we have developed new products,applied our solutions to multiple sectors and expanded rapidly,within and outside Italy. Hence we are looking for a talentedSupply Chain Engineer to join our team, in Milan. As a Supply ChainEngineer, you will be actively involved in deploying our software,supporting during pre-sales activities, and maintaining strong,long-term partnerships through continuous support and consultancyto our customers. In this role you will develop a deep technicalexpertise in supply chain technology and in our proprietarytransportation planning software, which we design, develop, anddistribute. You will work as a dedicated consultant for specificaccounts, guiding the adoption of the software at scale and helpingdesigning the product development roadmap. Examples of activitiesyou will perform: - Take full ownership of the project delivery,managing the end-to-end solution design and implementation from thekick-off to go live and beyond. - Perform the data analysis anddata quality assessment on customers data. - Map and assessprocesses and, when needed, write documentation on new developmentsand test new functionalities. - Configure, parametrise and test thesolution on new customers, running scenarios and workflow tests. -Train on how to operate the software for final users. - Answer andsolve advanced technical support questions as main point ofcontact. - Coordinate with developers, designers, testers, andother team members to ensure timely and quality delivery. - Monitorand own project progress, risks, issues, and roadblocks, with fullaccountability. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of ourproduct and project management methodologies and best practices.What we offer - A drivers seat in a small, selected and veryambitious team. Qualifications - Experience: 3-5 years inBusiness Consulting, Supply Chain Planning or Softwareimplementation. - Education: Masters Degree in Engineering,specialization in Supply Chain Management is a plus. - Techknowledge: Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,preferred knowledge and training in databases (MySQL, SQL server),Python scripting, BI tools (Power BI, QuickSight). - Language:Fluent in Italian and English. - Set-up: hybrid, 3 days/week inpresence in our Milan office (Porta Romana).
