YOUR ROLE AS A COMPLIANCE ANALYST (KYC/KYT/AML)
Youll play a key role in helping financial institutions meet regulatory expectations and safeguard their operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring regulations: Stay on top of regulatory developments in the financial sector and assess their impact.
- KYC/KYT/AML analysis: Review client profiles, monitor transactions, and flag suspicious activity in accordance with legal standards.
- Risk assessment and mitigation: Identify gaps, evaluate compliance risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Process improvement: Propose and deploy enhancements to compliance frameworks and internal procedures.
- Internal controls & audits: Support internal audits and ensure robust compliance practices are in place.
- Awareness and training: Prepare training materials, raise employee awareness, and promote compliance culture.
- Bridge business and regulation: Translate complex regulatory language into actionable processes for operational teams.
WHO YOU ARE
You bring a sharp eye for detail, a strong sense of integrity, and a passion for creating secure, compliant environments.
Your ideal profile:
- Masters degree in law, finance, risk management, or a related field
- Fluent in English + French and/or Dutch (speaking all three is a major asset)
- Analytical, rigorous, and organized
- Autonomous, adaptable, and team-oriented
- A first experience in compliance, internal audit, or financial crime prevention is a plus
