About the Role
We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with a strong foundation in Call Centre operations and the Salesforce ecosystem to join a dynamic enterprise client project in the Netherlands.
This role suits a Dutch-speaking consultant with excellent communication skills, hands-on experience in agile environments, and a solid understanding of customer service processes within Salesforce, especially Service Cloud. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Product Leads to gather and define requirements
- Analyze and optimize Call Center workflows and customer service operations
- Document user stories, functional specs, and process flows
- Support configuration, testing, and roll-out of Salesforce Service Cloud features
- Serve as the bridge between business teams and technical developers
- Facilitate workshops and deliver training sessions to end users and stakeholders
- Ensure timely, quality delivery aligned with business objectives
Required Skills & Experience
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Solid experience in Call Center operations or Customer Service domains
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce (Service Cloud preferred); certifications are a plus
- Previous consulting experience with enterprise clients
- Experience in Agile teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
