We interpret and anticipate beauty trends through experience, technology, and dedication.We are seeking a Rolling Forecast Specialist for our Customer Service Department. The role involves planning and analyzing demand to ensure efficient procurement and production cycles, while identifying potential cost variances.The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance to forecast sales and support strategic decision-making.Fluent in Italian and English is required.Main ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer forecasts, input plans into SAP, and monitor deviations to identify potential issues.Study sales data, market trends, and order history to develop accurate demand forecasts.Create and update reports and forecasting models to support business decisions.Work closely with Sales to understand market dynamics and customer needs.Coordinate with Planning and Production to align forecasts with operational capacities.Identify constraints to reduce lead times and improve service levels.Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.Utilize Business Intelligence tools and forecasting software to enhance accuracy.Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.Qualifications include a degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting, or Supply Chain, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or manufacturing. Proficiency in Excel, SAP APO, Power BI, Tableau, and understanding of MRP/CRP logic are essential.
