Safety Officer – Dublin City Centre€80,000 + Benefits, Bonus and PensionWe are currently seeking an experienced Safety Officer to join a leading main contractor delivering high-density residential projects in Dublin City Centre. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations on site.Key Responsibilities• Develop, implement, and maintain the Construction Safety Health Plan.• Promote a proactive safety culture through on-site presence and regular engagement with staff and subcontractors.• Conduct safety inductions, manage access control, and track training certifications.• Collaborate with logistics teams on lifting plans, delivery coordination, and material movement.• Carry out regular safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations, identifying areas for improvement.• Review subcontractor safety documentation to ensure it meets safety standards.• Maintain accurate safety records and track trends to identify potential risks.• Oversee the site safety notice board and ensure safety messages are clearly communicated.• Respond to public and stakeholder safety queries as needed.Qualification• 3+ yrs Health Safety experience, with some in apartments construction• Recognised health and safety qualification• Trades or technical construction background (preferable)To register your interest, please apply online or contact Lukciya at ICDS Recruitment
