The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a best-in-class finance function, focusing on process optimization and information management.You will be part of the One Amplifon team, reviewing, upgrading, and changing existing processes to maximize efficiency. You will lead the scoping, project management, and delivery of a new finance target operating model and cloud suite, transforming finance and accounting reporting. Your role will ensure successful implementation of group-led activities, requiring project management skills and deep finance and accounting knowledge. You should have an inquisitive mind, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and change management.As a Global Finance Transformation Specialist, you will have immediate responsibility. The focus will be on areas such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Cash Management. This position offers autonomy and is an excellent opportunity for a transformation/change specialist with relevant experience to make a meaningful impact.You will support the Group Finance Director by analyzing end-to-end processes and system functionalities to optimize team capabilities, enhance efficiency, and mitigate risks globally and locally. Your role will be pivotal in automating manual tasks, enabling the finance team to focus more on analysis, and continuously improving processes and systems.This role suits a self-starter seeking a position with significant short- and long-term impact.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with global and local project teams (finance and technology) to implement the target operating model and coordinate country roll-outs.Work with country finance teams to develop, monitor, and analyze detailed processes.Design end-to-end finance processes.Identify critical processes and issues, and recommend improvements.Review finance processes, information flows, and controls.Manage ad-hoc and new requirements.Organize governance meetings and stakeholder updates.Develop and deliver solutions to improve automation, efficiency, and insights.Promote process simplification and standardization, being proactive and influential.Skills and ExperienceUniversity degree in Finance or a related field, with a solid finance background.At least 4-5 years of experience in a cross-functional finance role, preferably in a high-growth international company.Experience in finance transformation roles within a company''s finance department or management consultancy.Proficiency in process analysis, continuous improvement, and implementing new processes.Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, with strong communication skills and adaptability to fast-paced environments.Experience with Oracle Cloud is advantageous but not essential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
