Are you passionate about cybersecurity and looking for a role where you can have a real impact from day one? Were hiring a Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team, collaborating in a project with the Security Department of a solid and growing organization in Barcelona.
What will you do?
- Define and implement firewalling policies.
- Administer and ensure the proper operation of the organizations security infrastructure.
- Manage security-related requests, incidents, and changes.
- Participate in internal security projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Provide support to other departments on cybersecurity matters.
- Review and draft security procedures and documentation.
What are we looking for?
- Degree or technical training in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, or Telecommunications.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity environments.
- Strong knowledge of firewall systems: policy definition, troubleshooting, etc.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive mindset and sense of ownership.
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with EDR/XDR systems, networking, email security, vulnerability management, DLP, IAM or PAM tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Fortinet NSE, Palo Alto, CompTIA Security+, etc.).
