Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Specialist Deventer, Netherlands Hybrid structure About The Role Are you a passionate about D365 Customer Engagement and want the opportunity to level up your career with a multinational implementation? Select-Tech are proudly partnered with a leading renewable energy manufacturer who are looking to implement D365 CE across Europe and are in need of a driven Dynamics 365 CE Specialist who will successfully shape the configuration and roll out of this mass implementation- from scratch. We are seeking someone who can be hands-on with configuration, directly engaging with end-users and isn''t afraid of a new challenge! What you''ll do: Drive the configuration and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics customer Engagement (CE) across multiple European nations. Support multinational deployments, with focuses on Marketing and Sales modules. Interreact with APIs and model-driven apps to support workflows. Work closely with end customers and internal teams to deliver optimal solutions and improve system adaptation. Provide 2nd and 3rd line support when required. Contribute to user training and documentation on occasion. Ensure business requirements are persistently met through upkeeping company standards. Key Competencies: Experience with Dynamics 365 CE configurations and workflows. Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps/Pages is a plus). Previous experience with both out-of-the-box implementations. (Customised implementation experience is a plus). Familiarity with service management tools like Topdesk. Basic scripting/ coding knowledge (JavaScript knowledge is a plus). Fluency in English and Dutch.
