What You''ll Do The candidatewill have the primary responsibility of optimizing and enhancingthe customer''s data ecosystem by developing advanced analysismodels/algorithms and advanced data-driven projects to innovatebusiness processes and enable new business opportunities. Inparticular, the main areas include the following responsibilities:- requirements gathering, organization, and normalization ofcomplex data sources (from the corporate data lake and othersources), definition of analytical processes up to the constructionof modeling; - creation and management of optimization models basedon forecasting algorithms, recommendations, and classificationtools; - development of measurement models based on Data-DrivenAttribution Modeling methods (MTA, MMM,) and econometric modelsmore generally; - Definition of data mining procedures and analysisfrom multiple data sources for the purposes of data insight anddiscovery. - implementation of methods and processes for monitoringand improving the developed Machine Learning models; - constructionof Data Visualization tools through platforms like Looker Studio,Power BI and Tableau; - translation of business requirements indata-driven analysis and design. - communication of final resultsto the business and active support in the decision-making process;- act as a focal point for the different business divisions(Marketing, Sales, Operations, IT, Finance, etc.) for advancedanalysis and modeling activities; - sharing of know-how and thedata-driven approach within the Company What We''re Looking For - Apassion for data and its power to transform businesses - Previousexperience in data mining, data analysis, and ML, projects based onBig Data and heterogeneous datasets; - Strong programming skills inPython, R, or similar languages - use of tools like Hadoop and SQLto develop analyses; - experience with big data platforms, such asSpark, Databricks, or equivalents, and with commercial cloudplatforms like Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure; - use ofMachine Learning techniques, including regression models (logitmodel), time series, clustering models (k-means, ) andclassification (decision tree, random forest, ), multidimensionalanalysis (PCA), recommendations (association rule, MBA) and neuralnetworks; - development of algorithms based on unsupervised modelsand Deep Learning frameworks; - solid statistical knowledge(inference, multivariate statistics, data mining, ...); - Excellentcommunication skills you can explain complex concepts to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences - A curious mind and a driveto continuously learn and innovate Join us at Like Reply, whereyour analytical skills will shape the future of digital marketing.Apply now and be part of a team that''s redefining what''s possiblein the world of data-driven marketing!
