The parent company, Trevi Finanziaria Industriale Spa, has been listed on the Milan Stock Exchange since July 1999.Headquartered in Cesena (Emilia Romagna), the Trevi Group employs approximately 3,200 people across 65 companies in 90 countries, representing 43 ethnic groups.Role:The selected candidate will be part of the project team responsible for redefining HR processes, system configuration, data collection and validation, report development, and providing training and support to internal users within the Group.Activities / Responsibilities:Participate in gathering business requirements and managing project documentation.Assist in implementing IT solutions supporting HR processes, primarily using Oracle HCM, Cloud, and Zucchetti Infinity.Support system configuration, approve deliverables, and assist during testing phases.Verify that solutions meet business requirements.Help prepare training materials, conduct training sessions, and support users.Contribute to KPI definition and HR reporting model development, as well as monitor results related to costs and benefits.Requirements:Bachelor''s degree in Management Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics (preferably a recent graduate).Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).Proficiency in Office Suite.Knowledge of Oracle HCM is a plus.Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal skills.Learning agility and results-oriented mindset.Organizational skills and methodical approach.The internship lasts 6 months and will be based at the headquarters in Cesena.
