Next Ventures is partnering with a global financial institution on a major AWS transformation programme. This is a high-impact opportunity to join a large-scale cloud migration project aimed at modernising legacy systems and moving critical financial services infrastructure to AWS. Youll work within a skilled delivery team focused on automation, security, and performance at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in planning and executing the migration of infrastructure, platforms, and applications to AWS.
- Assess existing systems and define the most suitable migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor).
- Design and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS best practices and services.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
What Were Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
- Experience with migration tools such as AWS Migration Hub, CloudEndure, AWS DMS, or SMS.
- Proficiency with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK).
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices in a cloud environment.
