This site-based role involves an exciting mix of utility-scale PV, Agri-PV, and revamping projects. An electrical engineering background is essential, alongside previous experience with solar PV installations.As Electrical Supervisor, you will:Ensure projects are executed within budget and on time by liaising with construction team leaders, engineering specialists, and subcontractors.Be responsible for inspecting, supervising, and reporting on construction activities in conformance with project drawings, quality requirements, and safety standards.Manage supplier and subcontractor construction and commissioning activities.Prepare and review daily construction reports, work procedures, QCPs, and ITPs.Key Skills:Experience in Italian utility-scale solar power plants.A degree in Electrical Engineering.Over 5 years of construction supervision experience in electrical infrastructure projects.Excellent Italian and English language skills.Flexibility to relocate and work onsite 5 days a week.Competitive salary between 50,000 and 60,000.Benefits including food vouchers, accommodation, travel expenses, and medical insurance.Market-leading training and career progression.A rewarding career opportunity within environmental sustainability to work for one of Italy''s leading renewable energy companies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
