Our client, a respected firm based in Antwerp, is initiating a key transition from Qlik to Power BI as part of a broader modernisation of its data infrastructure. I''m currently looking for an experienced Power BI Migration Expert to oversee and execute this transformation, ensuring the seamless transfer of existing analytics, dashboards, and reporting assets from Qlik to Microsoft Power BI.

This is a strategic position offering visibility across both technical and business teams. You''ll play a key role in reshaping the companys BI landscape.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Demonstrated expertise with QlikView/Qlik Sense and Power BI.
• Solid grasp of data modelling, ETL pipelines, and DAX.
• Hands-on experience with BI platform migrations.
• Capable of redesigning visual reports to align with Power BI best practices.
• Knowledge of SQL, Azure Data Services, and Power Query is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English; Dutch or French is a strong asset.

Core Responsibilities:

• Analyse and document current Qlik assets and reporting structures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define migration priorities.
• Recreate and optimise reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Uphold data integrity, performance, and governance standards.
• Transfer knowledge to internal teams'' post-implementation.
