Product Owner Digital Assets - 6 months extendable contract
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the development and continuous enhancement of Digital Property Registry (DPR) process and platform. This role is responsible for defining the product vision, managing the backlog, guiding implementation, and ensuring the solution aligns with legal, technical, and user requirements in the areas of property digitization, ownership verification, and digital asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and maintain a clear product vision focused on secure, efficient digital property workflows
- Set a strategic scope and roadmap for property ownership digitization and asset tracking
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on research, data analysis, and stakeholder input
- Translate complex requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Use product insights and user feedback to support ongoing iteration and innovation
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of digital property/assets processes and lifecycle
- Experience in product management for digital platforms
- Proven track record in launching and scaling user-centric solutions
- Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and relevant tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Skilled in presenting outcomes and managing stakeholder communication
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making experience
