Project Manager (Marketing Automation)

Project and Programme Management
Oversee day-to-day management of the Marketing Automation project, supporting the Head of Marketing Enablement in delivering the programme on schedule
Track progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure key milestones are met
Develop change control and change readiness processes to facilitate the smooth adoption of marketing automation across business units and countries
Manage risks, issues, and mitigation strategies, regularly reporting progress to the Head of Marketing Enablement and Director of Marketing Operations
Stakeholder Management and Communication
Identify and engage key stakeholders, supporting the Marketing Enablement Lead in stakeholder relationship management
Organize meetings, prepare communications, and provide project updates to product teams and other relevant stakeholders
Advocate for and support the adoption of marketing automation through workshops, webinars, and consultations across the organization
Build and maintain strong relationships with the marketing automation platform provider and implementation partner
Process Monitoring and Optimization
Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to monitor KPIs, business benefits, and the progress of automation deployment
Apply best practices in project management to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery
Budget and Resource Management
Prepare monthly reports on project performance, budget utilization, and risk management
Oversee payments, invoicing, and expenditure, ensuring alignment with budget and SAP system records
Apply financial management insights to improve project planning, budgeting, and cost efficiency

Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, APM) and a relevant marketing certification (e.g., Extensive project management experience, including successful stakeholder engagement in a matrix environment
Proven track record in leading initiatives that drive performance, innovation, or technology improvements
Expertise in marketing automation and experience working within a global organization
Leads change management, from communication to execution
Safeguards corporate reputation through effective brand, process, and people management
Supports strategic planning by synthesizing insights from multiple sources
Develops and refines marketing plans aligned with business objectives
