This is a full-time on-site role located in Paris.The Associate Partner is an intermediate role between Project lead and Partner, and hence has two major roles: Leading our clients engagements :driving the team for success, leading the problem solving, and growing the team. The Associate Partners works typically on two projects and manages a team of 1-2 consultants on each project.Developing DWDG clients base and expertise: identify new leads, develop senior relationship, lead response to tender, build DWDGexpertise and eventually grow DWDGs business. The Associate Partner will also contribute to the various training programmes that Do Well Do Good runs in Europe, Africa and across the world. 4-8 years of experience in tier 1 management consulting firms ~Skills: Problem Solving, Communication, management, client relationship ~ Fluency in English and French Master degree in Engineering is a plus 2) Enjoy a good balance between remuneration and work-life balance 3) Contribute to grow the next generation of leaders
