Key Account Manager JD Logistics, a subsidiary of JD.com, is a leading provider of integrated logistics services, committed to delivering superior customer experiences and driving efficiency in the supply chain. As a Key Account Manager at JD Logistics, you will be responsible for nurturing and managing relationships with our existing clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Account Growth Retention: - Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services. - Collaborate with the sales team to renew contracts and negotiate terms that align with client needs. - Monitor client account performance and work proactively to retain business. Service Optimization: - Work closely with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) Analyze client feedback and logistics data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. - Coordinate with the logistics team to develop and implement customized solutions for clients. Reporting Analysis: - Prepare regular reports on account status, including metrics on service performance, client satisfaction, and growth potential. - Analyze account data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or a related role, preferably in logistics or supply chain. - Fluency in Chinese is essential for this role; additional fluency in Dutch is highly preferred. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
