We are looking for a Technical Specialist dedicated to project implementation and IT infrastructure support. This role manages and operates on IT systems, monitoring them and improving their performance, and solving medium complexity problems to ensure defined service levels.Responsibilities:Staging of equipment and infrastructure start-up.Physical installation and basic and advanced configuration.Migrations or commissioning of medium complexity infrastructures.Functional testing and hands-on support to more senior specialists.On-site engineer at the customer for MACD activities and 2nd level troubleshooting.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:The L2 Implementation Engineer has specialized expertise on the systems, protocols, and IT equipment subject to delivery and/or consultancy. This specialized expertise allows us to deploy medium-low complexity infrastructures and solutions and to assist the customer in maintenance and change management activities.Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Advanced certifications from the main reference vendors accompanied by field experience as a delivery engineer are required. The candidate should know advanced commands and the procedures to be applied to systems and/or equipment.Required Experience:More than 3 years of experience as an engineer is required, along with experience in working in a highly ITIL oriented and guided environment.
