POSIZIONE: RETAIL - Retail Operation Manager RETRIBUZIONE ANNUA LORDA: SETTORE DI APPARTENENZA: Retail DESCRIZIONE AZIENDA As Retail Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring Corporate guidelines, policies, and procedures of Retail Operations, including audit activities to manage compliance with regulatory requirements and Group compliance. PROFILO DEL CANDIDATO IDEALE What Makes Up Your Day Deploy Corporate guidelines, policies, and procedures, checking the day-to-day on-field adoption; Ensure all Stores opening and closing meet the required procedures and budget (e.G. Credit Sales procedure; physical Store Warehouse organization; managerial value for stock); Identify potential critical issues in terms of store operational procedures and optimize them in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency targets; Assure that in-store services (traffic counters, fragrance, store supplies, uniforms, ) are duly managed and optimized; Ensure policies and procedures related to inventory control and stock management are defined and in place; Monitor stock andsell-through on a day-to-day basis to ensure cost-effective management and that the Merchandising Dept decisions are duly executed.
