As part of the ongoing effort to strengthen its software development teams, our client based in Courbevoie is seeking an Experienced Scrum Master to support several Agile teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the evolution of Agile culture, optimize team productivity, and drive the success of distributed projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as an Agile Coach: guide teams in the correct application of Scrum and Agile principles.
- Identify and remove obstacles impacting team performance.
- Monitor Agile metrics to evaluate and improve productivity.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and participate in strategic organizational decision-making.
- Proactively identify issues affecting teams and propose actionable solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Agile processes and best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Agile Project Management.
- Expert-level mastery of Scrum practices and principles.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in Agile methodologies.
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies within complex project environments.
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working within an Agile Distributed Model (ADM) for distributed development.
- Ability to address and resolve multi-team organizational challenges.
- Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Agile monitoring tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).

- This role requires 40% on-site presence in Courbevoie.
