- Provide advanced technical support and incident resolution for end users.
- Ensure high-quality customer service in German, both written and verbal.
- Monitor and manage tickets within SLA timeframes.
- Document processes, solutions, and technical updates accurately.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
requirements-expected :
- 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or IT Support.
- Proficiency in German (minimum B2/C1 level).
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Krakw.
- Excellent communication skills in English
