This role is key to delivering exceptional customer experiences and financial results. If you are passionate about logistics, supply chain solutions, and customer engagement, we want to hear from you!Your roleKey Responsibilities:Develop and evolve end-to-end value propositions based on customer needs, supported by marketing and experience insights, to create market-differentiated solutions.Oversee and promote end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficient movement of goods.Coordinate logistics contract management, ensuring compliance and optimizing operations.Serve as a consultant to customers, understanding pain points, and proposing the best solutions, supporting sales efforts.Demonstrate project management skills for successful execution of solutions.Lead and engage with the commercial team to sell and pursue opportunities confidently.Act as an escalation point to remove barriers and standardize processes to improve solutions and win rates.This Role Will Support:Customer interactions through calls and visits.Mapping and analyzing customer supply chains.Coordinating opportunity pursuits from identification to closure.Navigating sales processes.Designing end-to-end solutions and building value propositions.Presenting offers professionally.Supporting sales representatives with technical and commercial expertise.Managing internal stakeholders and creating comprehensive customer offers, requiring strong PowerPoint skills.Key requirements:Fluency in Italian and English.Experience and understanding of contract logistics, supply chain solutions, and freight forwarding.Strong negotiation and commercial skills, with good interpersonal abilities.Ability to handle multiple stakeholders from diverse backgrounds, with international experience as a plus.Location: Based in Milan or Genoa, Italy, focusing on Central South Europe, mainly Italy and Greece.
