We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Lead to join our team. You will lead a team of product managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery that meets customer needs and business goals. Lead the product strategy and vision for a business unit that operates across different countries, working closely with cross-functional teams to define product priorities, establish product roadmaps, and ensure that the product is aligned with the company''s overall strategy and customers needs. Lead the prioritization of problems to solve based on value analysis and alignment of stakeholders from different countries, fostering the teamwork and synergies between countries. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Product Management team, and across the wider organization. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Experience working with Agile development methodologies, and a deep understanding of product development lifecycles. Fluency in English Bonus Points Knowledge of Lean methodology and Kaizen philosophy.
