As a Infrastructure Manager / Head of Infrastructure you will be working for our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing provider of non-wage employee benefits that promotes healthy living through innovative digital solutions. The project involves ensuring a secure, high-performing, and scalable technological environment to support business growth. Lead, mentor and develop a team of infrastructure and network specialists Ensure high availability, performance and continuity of IT systems and services Manage infrastructure modernization, expansion and migration projects Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with external vendors Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT infrastructure Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks and virtualization technologies Deep knowledge of network architecture, server infrastructure and cybersecurity Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments Fluency in English and excellent communication skills across technical and business teams Experience managing complex infrastructure projects with tools such as Jira and Confluence Experience with Windows Server, Linux and desktop operating systems A business-oriented mindset with the ability to present technical information clearly
