Our client, an undisputed leader in the semiconductor industry is on the hunt for a dynamic Technical Manager (RF) to join the team in Amsterdam. Be part of the team that powers the chips in everything from smartphones to cars!
What you''ll do:
From the Amsterdam office, you''ll be the go-to technical expert for the European customers. You''ll:
- Help customers develop their products using our advanced technologies (from 0.25um down to 2nm and beyond!).
- Analyze market trends and provide feedback to shape the marketing strategy and product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to support projects worldwide.
- Liaise with teams all over the world to find technical solutions.
- Support customers with libraries, IPs, PDKs, and customized advice.
- Resolve technical issues and ensure successful chip tape-outs for RF products in the automotive and industrial sectors.
- Promote our technical solutions and services for RF circuits.
- Travel regularly to customer sites in Europe, the US and Asia.
Who we''re looking for:
A driven professional with:
- A BSc or MSc in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in circuit or VLSI design and/or verification methodology development.
- Solid knowledge of CMOS-based logic, MS/RF, HV, or NVM process technologies.
- Experience with EDA tools, libraries, PDKs, and IPs.
- Essential: Hands-on experience in RF product development.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both with engineers and executives.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
- The chance to work with the latest Chip technologies.
