We are looking for anE-commerce Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team. In thisrole, you will have the opportunity to develop and implementstrategic marketing initiatives, working closely with key partnerssuch as e-tailers and para pharmacies, fostering mutuallybeneficial relationships and strengthening Metagenics'' onlinepresence. What Youll Do: As the E-commerce Partnerships Manager,you will be responsible for developing and executing marketingstrategies for e-tailers and para-pharmacies. You will enhance theend-to-end online shopping experience, ensure brand consistency,and maximize customer acquisition and retention by optimizingpartnerships. Responsibilities: E-tailer & Para PharmacyManagement - Develop and maintain relationships with key e-tailer& para-pharmacy marketing account partners, such as Farmalineor Redpharma. - Ensure brand consistency and messaging alignmentacross all platforms. - Oversee the creation and optimization ofproduct listings, ensuring accurate and compelling productdescriptions, visual assets (ACES), and other relevant content todrive conversions while adhering to platform-specific requirements.- Monitor and manage customer reviews and ratings to maintain apositive brand image and address any issues promptly. E-commerceStrategy and Planning - Develop and implement a comprehensiveonline e-tailer strategy. - Build strong relationships with keye-tailer and para-pharmacy partners to optimize performance andensure the fulfillment of partnership agreements. - Identify newonline opportunities for revenue growth, customer acquisition, andmarket expansion in the e-tail and para-pharmacy space. CustomerExperience Optimization - Enhance the end-to-end customer journeyacross multiple (sales) channels, ensuring seamless navigation andshopping experiences. - Collect and address customer feedback,ensuring excellent service on both the company website andthird-party platforms. Price Monitoring, Competitive Analysis &Promotional Campaigns - Continuously monitor pricing from bothe-tailers and competitors to ensure the Metagenics pricing strategyremains competitive. - Provide regular reports on price comparisonsand propose adjustments as needed. - Develop and implement tailoredbrand initiatives to increase brand awareness, sales volume, andrevenue through third-party e-tailers and para-pharmacies,including pricing optimization, promotional campaigns, and productplacement strategies. Performance Analysis and Reporting - Trackand analyze key performance metrics for third-party e-commerce andpara-pharmacy players, providing regular reports and insights tostakeholders. - Identify areas for improvement and implementoptimization strategies to drive continuous growth. What YoullNeed: - Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze e-commerce ande-tailer performance metrics to drive sales and optimize campaigns.- Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of e-commerce platforms andanalytics tools. - Relationship Management: Strong skills inmanaging e-tailer relationships, KAM exposure with e-tailers likeFarmaline or Redpharma is a huge plus - Strategic Thinking: Abilityto develop and execute multichannel strategies that align withbusiness goals. - Adaptability: Agile in adapting to rapid changesand a competitive landscape. - Language Skills: Proficiency inDutch, French, and English.
