Sound interesting?Then come and join our global team as Enterprise Service Head Italy to drive and enhance the local enterprise services business.Responsibilities:Implement strategic business guidelines and ensure the strategy''s implementation for the Business Line in Italy.Act as a link between ES Country Strategy and HQ ES team.Drive the enterprise services business in Italy: revenue, sales, costs.Develop customer relationships, including C-level, to drive value partnerships with selected private and public clients.Drive market development activities such as PPP (public-private partnership) and value partnerships.Foster internal knowledge sharing and collaboration across business areas.Manage solutions and bids for large and complex deals.Participate actively in EMEA initiatives and activities (e.g., congresses, task forces on specific topics or business areas).Your qualifications and experiences:Biomedical Engineering or Financial/Commercial background.Knowledge of healthcare public and private markets.Previous experience in managing large and complex deals is preferred.People management experience.Sales experience.Your attributes and skills:Strategic overview in managing business and identifying new opportunities.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and consultancy skills.Knowledge of advanced business models.Innovative attitude in developing new business opportunities.Fluent in English and native in Italian.Experience in C-Level relationship management.Strong influencing skills internally and externally.Leadership skills to engage people across business areas.Being part of our team:Siemens Healthineers is a leading global medical technology company.
