What you will do
As afuture Manager, you will support the management on the business and talent development of the service, covering the below aspects:
- Lead ofa team of 4/5 reporting juniors and seniors
- Coordinate your team with internal and external parties (client and auditor particularly)
- Prepare KPIs and organise debriefing meetings with client after each closing
- Review the financial statements in agreement with their respective GAAP
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the internal production tools and contribute to its continuous improvement
- Recognize opportunities and recommend the adequate improvements
- Onboard new clients looking for delegating their financial statement production
Who you are
- Hold a degreein business administration, accounting, or finance
- Have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting or investment funds audit
- Have a particularly good command of Word and Excel
- Be fluent in French and English; German being an asset
- Show client minded attitude and ability to meet deadlines
- Possess effective communication skills and able to build strong client relationships
