About the Role:
We are looking for a highly self-motivated and enthusiastic Residential Services Agent to be part of our Residential Services team. In this role you will be a leader for the Club Members services and assistance. Tasks and responsibilities of your positions goes from handling the Reservation Process to communications, from greeting Members to checking them in, providing information on amenities services, anticipating and responding to their needs, listening to and resolving any issue, providing an excellent service throughout their stay. Your role is to coordinate all guest requests for special arrangements and assists with activities such as booking tickets, making reservations, travel and tours to name a few.

Required Skills:
Preferred Skills:
Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written. A third language is preferred. Knowledge of PMS Opera preferred.
