Job Description:About the DepartmentThe Service Delivery Technician within our tooling section will work on implementation, configuration, and run & maintain assignments across leveraged platforms and technologies.The tools provided to serve our leveraged clients include a suite of standardized components such as monitoring, patching, CMDB, ITSM, and more, primarily residing on Linux and Windows platforms (virtual and physical instances).Close cooperation with Service Delivery, project, and account organizations is essential when handling issues and requests.Your Role:This role reports to the Regional HUB lead from a functional perspective and to the Service Management Regional Operations Manager from a business perspective. It is a multidisciplinary, cross-functional role covering:Setup, configure, and operate various tools like Dynatrace, ServiceNow (integration), and others.Run and maintain tools, including patching and upgrading the Dynatrace platform.Integrate tools and solutions into ITSM systems (e.g., on-premise ServiceNow).Troubleshoot and resolve errors.Automate and develop new services and solutions within the team.Your Professional Competencies:Understanding of tools, applications, and technologies that enable system management, including their expected performance and impact on overall service performance.Experience with Linux and Windows Server platforms, acting as a system administrator.Experience with monitoring tools and products, with familiarity with Dynatrace preferred.Ability to work independently, remotely (DXC Virtual First), and within virtual teams.Your Personal Competencies:Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written.Based and working from Denmark due to legislation and contractual requirements.Able to obtain proper security clearance.Comfortable dealing with ambiguity.Strong business acumen, composure, conflict management, customer focus, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage and measure work, motivate others, and drive results.Excellent communication skills, especially in writing.Other Requirements:Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow, Dynatrace, BigFix, or similar is preferred.Applicants must be eligible for Danish security clearance, have resided in Denmark for over 5 years, and be fluent in Danish.Note on Recruitment Fraud: DXC does not make employment offers via social media or ask for payments or equipment purchases.
