These roles are part-time and hourly and can be done remotely working with students based around the world. The remuneration is set at 45 USD per hour.
WHAT YOU''LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Working closely with a variety of students based across the world - including the US, Asia, Australia, and Europe (within a time zone appropriate for you)
- Conducting tutoring sessions with students on a frequent ongoing basis
- Using IBDP Mathematics curriculum knowledge to deliver high-quality academic tutoring to Revision Village students in a particular subject
- Preparing students for upcoming examinations and strengthening base concepts in order to improve performance
- Maintaining reasonable levels of communication with students outside of formal sessions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- You are a qualified teacher and have 2+ years of classroom experience teaching the IB Mathematics curriculum (essential)
- You have examining and/or workshop-leading experience in your subject
- You have at least 4 hours of availability to tutor each week (more preferred)
- Youre passionate about education and enjoy teaching - ideally, youve even got some experience tutoring students already!
- Youre detail-oriented with strong planning and organizational skills
