This will be achieved through exceeding sales targetsand strategic objectives, while consistently delivering anunparalleled client experience that embodies luxury andsophistication. How will you make an impact? You will: - Drivesales performance by actively contributing to the daily salesprocess and consistently achieving personal and boutique salesgoals. - Provide exceptional service to clients, offering expertadvice and guidance in product selection, and introducingcomplementary or alternative items to enhance their experience. -Manage payment processing, including cash and card transactions,ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures. -Oversee the receipt and recording of substantial inventorydeliveries, maintaining meticulous records and organization. -Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local clients,leveraging a deep understanding of the Milanese luxury market. -Utilize digital tools and CRM applications to enhance clientengagement and personalize the shopping experience. How will youexperience success with us? - 3-4 years of proven experience inluxury retail, demonstrating a strong understanding of the high-endmarket. - Exceptional fluency in Italian and English is essential.Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable. -Extensive knowledge of the Milan area, including local clientpreferences and luxury market trends. - Established network oflocal clients and connections within the Milanese luxury scene. -Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achievingresults and exceeding expectations. - Demonstrated affinity fordigital technologies and CRM applications. - Impeccable personalpresentation, refined manners, and an innate sense of style,reflecting an appreciation for luxury goods. - Highly reliable,with a strong sense of responsibility, independence, andexceptional organizational skills.
