Job Title: IAM Solution Architect

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing IAM solutions in large-scale enterprise environments. You will engage with cross-functional teams, provide technical leadership, and contribute to competency center initiatives in the IAM domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect end-to-end IAM solutions for large enterprise engagements.
- Lead meetings and technical discussions independently with enterprise, application, and infrastructure architects.
- Design, implement, and manage IAM policies, procedures, and standards across diverse environments.
- Collaborate with IT and security teams for seamless IAM integration with existing systems.
- Perform regular audits and compliance assessments; provide remediation strategies.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and drive resolution.
- Support CSP visibility by contributing to solution development and analyst interactions.
- Actively participate in the IAM Center of Excellence (COE) by developing solution artifacts and supporting competency growth.
- Continuously update knowledge with the latest IAM trends and technologies.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years hands-on experience with IBM Security IAM suite (e.g., IBM Security Identity Manager, IBM Identity Manager).
- Proven experience installing, configuring, upgrading, and migrating IBM IAM components.
- Strong understanding of server and network architecture.
- Experience working in complex, customer-facing environments, including participation in architectural review boards.
- Skilled in creating Due Diligence reports and Design Documentation.
- Capable of conducting high-level analysis of requirements for completeness and correctness.
- Experience in maintenance activities such as patching, performance tuning, and backup strategies.
- Technical leadership with a focus on IAM best practices and compliance standards.

- Willingness to learn and adopt other leading IAM products.
- Experience in building IAM solutions that align with CSP goals and industry best practices.
- Contribution to thought leadership via analyst engagements and solution IP creation.
