Business Analyst with Banking experience (Capitals and Regulatory reporting exp. Potential future internationalization depending on performance Start date: IMMEDIATE Location: MLAGA Overview: We are looking for a profile with knowledge of the investment and corporate banking business, specifically in Capital and Regulatory Reporting processes. The goal is to initially onboard this profile as a Business Analyst within the Regulatory Reporting Squad for Loan Tape, working in AGILE methodology on our product technology projects. Main responsibilities: Functional definition of systems Definition of processes and data flows Identification of data sources and system connections, in collaboration with the CDO Data quality analysis and reconciliation Execution of integrated testing and data analysis Coordination of UAT and support during production go-live Assisting the business team with change management Requirements: Advanced knowledge and at least 4 years of experience in technology projects focused on the development and implementation of Capital, Risk, and Regulatory Reporting systems Business process functional definition Definition of business metrics Test case design and documentation Test support, UAT, and Go-Live support Change Management Data analysis (reconciliation, data tracing to source) Fluent English required
