They will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues,plan and implement new services, and coordinate with vendors toensure high-quality support for a globalworkforce.ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 3 / VIP support for Windows,macOS, Linux, and Microsoft 365, ensuring quick and effective issueresolution.Support collaboration tools (video conferencing,messaging) and manage related company-wide online events.Build,maintain, and deploy end-user operating system images (Windows,macOS, Linux).Create tools, scripts, and automation to improve ITservice efficiency and reliability.Manage endpoint services (e.g.,JAMF, Intune) and mobile device management (MDM/MAM)platforms.Develop user documentation, runbooks, architecturediagrams, procedures, and knowledge bases.Provide architectural,engineering, and operational support for SaaS and enterprise ITsystems.Foster close collaboration with internal IT and externalservice providers.Lead and execute IT projects with a strong focuson detail and high-quality delivery.Use metrics to driveperformance analysis and operational efficiencyimprovements.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to otherIT team members.RequirementsBA or BS Degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience.Proven years ofexperience providing end-user technical support and VIP / ''whiteglove'' level support to C-level executives.Multiple years ofexperience managing large scale global MS Windows, MacOS, Linux,and VMware environments.Proficiency in managing Windows/ Linuxservers, virtualization technologies (VMware, AHV,Hyper-V).Configuration experience with endpoint management(Intune/JAMF) and mobile device management (MDM) platforms.Strongworking knowledge of integrated video/audio platforms supportingcollaboration services (MS Teams, Zoom).Experience deployingenterprise applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure,GCP)Experience managing IT infrastructure hardware (switches,routers, firewalls, storage arrays).Advanced knowledge andexperience with network infrastructure components (routers,switches, firewalls, VPN)Must be available to provide after-hourssupport and be on-call when neededDirect experience operating ITservices and infrastructure in a modern cloud-enabledenvironment.Participation in an after-hours on-call rotation withthe IT Systems team is required.English FluentTravel up to 25% maybe required.Strong propensity to be driven by customerexperienceStrong team player who is able to work across multiplefunctions and time zonesBuilds relationships with key members ofour user community and become a trusted resource with thoseuserProblem solving and troubleshooting skills to identifyroot-cause of issues
