Main responsibilities: Support the area manager in daily activities by activelycontributing to the design of the Store''s commercial and HRstrategy 360 management of your shop Plan, implement andmonitor the measures necessary to achieve and exceed salesobjectives. Ensure and collaborate in the implementation ofmerchandising standards and optimize sales space to maximizeprofitability. Manage the warehouse by maintaining the correctstock level in compliance with product replenishment cycles andmerchandising strategies Possess good product and fashionknowledge, Know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandisingstandards. Supervise the reception of customers, ensuring that itis in line with POP MART guidelines Coordination of commercialand organizational activities particularly on your Store(animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns) Train NewJoiners and accompany them on their path of growth and developmentin collaboration Act as a role model and promote effectivecommunication within the sales team. Monitor the performance ofyour team (KPIs and achievement of personal and store objectives)and animate it in order to achieve results Analyze and animateKPIs relating to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt,pieces per receipt...) Ensure the achievement of your department(budget and target achievement) Apply company procedures(regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (prices,promotions, communication) established by central servicesBackground - Cityzenship or Work Permit is required. - At least5-10 years'' experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager,Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) preferably in dynamicmultinational retail contexts. - Knowledge of the main trade KPIs,confidence in budget management, analysis and daily reports. -Agility, dynamism and problem solving. - Strong resultsorientation. - High predisposition in managing a team, guiding ittowards objectives and creating a virtuous team spirit. - Degree(bachelor''s or master''s degree) preferred. - Excellent knowledge ofItalian, knowledge of Chinese and English appreciated.
