Your mission Assisting the Compliance team in providing support to the business as well as to external partners and clients through responding to queries Working together with other members of the team to ensure all required records and compliance registers are up-to-date Input, update and review of internal databases by way of the usage of CRM tools and spreadsheets Liaising with the Legal, Accounting and Compliance departments within AVEGA Group Creating and updating Excel and Word documents Basic word-processing correspondence Your profile You have at least 2 years experience as a Compliance Assistant or in a similar role in Luxembourg You ideally have a solid knowledge of AML regulations (monitoring and screening) and CTF framework Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality You have the capacity and affinity to work in an international and teamwork-orientated environment You are proficient in using Microsoft Office You are fluent in English What you can expect Modern office in the financial district Kirchberg in Luxembourg Harmonious and stable working environment Good work-life-balance and flexible working hours Training for your individual career development 30 days of vacation and meal vouchers Reimbursement of public transport costs Supplementary health insurance Parking facilities for rent (within walking distance) Please note that, in accordance with Luxembourgish law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), a criminal record certificate (extrait du casier judiciaire) may be requested during the recruitment process.
