Your Responsibilities
- Consultation & Care with foresight: You accompany private and corporate clients in all insurance and financial matters with genuine commitment, ensuring tailored solutions for each individual need. You are there when it matters.
- Build long-term relationships: Trust is at the core of your workyou nurture and develop sustainable customer relationships based on excellent service.
- Shape growth actively: You leverage your network and bring energy into acquiring new clients. Your engagement helps us grow our customer base. How can we support you? By providing you with your own client portfolio of private and corporate clients.
- Marketing & Sales Support: You contribute fresh ideas to our marketing campaigns, visit trade fairs and events to strengthen our network.
- Stay current: Through our foundational training and continuous development, you remain professionally up-to-date and offer top-tier consulting expertise.
Your Qualifications
- Experience & Expertise: You have experience in customer consulting or salesideally in the finance or insurance sector. Ambitious career changers ready to start quickly are also very welcome.
- Communication Talent: You inspire and win people over. You excel in communication and negotiation skills and can convincingly argue as a customer advisor. Proficiency in German is required.
- Service-oriented: Field service is your passion, and your high customer orientation and service readiness distinguish you.
- Engagement & Initiative: With above-average motivation and entrepreneurial spirit, you are prepared to achieve great things and surpass goals.
- Regional Roots: You live in the Mnnedorf area, where you serve your clients. You have a strong local network and enjoy building and maintaining new contacts.
