From early development to commissioning, you will oversee all aspects of grid connection works providing technical leadership, strategic direction, and on-the-ground supervision.What Youll Do:Lead the end-to-end grid connection process with Italian grid operatorsProvide strategic and technical guidance to internal development teamsSupport tender preparation for grid interconnection works, including scope definition, bid evaluation, and contractor selectionBuild strong relationships with contractors, suppliers, and consultantsOversee contractor qualification, offer evaluation, and contract negotiationCoordinate with internal teams (technical, legal, procurement, finance) during project assessment and executionMonitor new technologies and methods to optimize grid connection solutionsEstimate costs and schedules for interconnection worksReview Quality Control Plans and Inspection ProgramsPerform site audits and supervise construction activitiesManage the engineering and execution of grid connection works in coordination with Project Managers and Site EngineersSupport key phases of project commissioningWhat You Bring:Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Civil preferred); Masters a plus3+ years of experience managing grid works projectsStrong knowledge of the Italian grid connection process (including TICA) is a plusExperience with E-distribuzione or HV substation construction is highly valuedFamiliarity with renewable energy projects (solar, wind, BESS)Proficiency in AutoCADFluent in Italian and EnglishExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
