Senior Asset Integration Project Manager

Join a globally recognised engineering and infrastructure services organisation at a pivotal point of digital evolution. We are supporting a client in securing a Senior Asset Integration Project Manager to drive the successful onboarding of two new offshore assets into our digital maintenance ecosystem.
This is a high-impact role that bridges engineering, data, and operations; ensuring these mission-critical assets are fully integrated, digitally mapped, and operationally ready from day one.
- Location: Antwerp ,Belgium (Hybrid Office-based with some flexibility)
- Contract: 1 Year Fixed Term (Immediate Start)
- Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week, occasional overtime)
- Languages: Fluent Dutch & Advanced English
- Rate: Negotiable
What You Will Do:
- Lead the end to end integration of two jack up vessels and associated equipment into a maintenance management system (Maximo).
- Coordinate with technical and digital teams to validate asset data and build digital asset hierarchies.
- Oversee creation of maintenance strategies and spare parts inventories.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with internal asset management standards.
- Report regularly to senior stakeholders on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline future integration efforts.
What The Client is Looking For:
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Strong project management experience in maritime, offshore, or heavy equipment industries.
- Hands on experience with Maintenance Management Systems (ideally Maximo).
- Strong grasp of asset lifecycle management and reliability engineering.
- Proficient with MS Office, Excel, and project tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Dutch speaking with strong English (written and spoken).
The Ideal Candidate Would Have:
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Background in digital transformation or data centric asset management.
- Familiarity with maritime operations or digital maintenance systems.
